I’m one of those people who always made excuses not to go to the gym, as I found it a chore. Then a friend suggested I try personal training with Ryan and I’m so glad I did. He makes every session enjoyable, challenging and tailor made to fit my various injuries: it’s also a lot of fun. I’ve been seeing Ryan now for two years and it has increased my core strength, general wellbeing and level of fitness. He’s also a lovely guy.
